c# 调用dll问题，来个大神

调用的是有米的单窗口单ip dll，在易语言里面测试正常，c#里面可以调用，返回值也是true，但是没有效果 ，下面是c#代码

能掉通有返回值就说明没有问题，可以dll需要管理员权限，你用管理员权限打开vs调试一下，或者把生辰的exe已管理员身份运行试一下。

这不是检查不出来嘛，易语言能通，c#通不了，管理员权限也试过了

代码太乱，没法测是否有效，调用DLL有返回肯定是没问题了
