html标记语言写出excel，为何win7有异常(个别无异常)，win10都正常

在win7下写出excel正常，保存后打开一看，超链接文本都变蓝色还加了下划线(写的时候正常，没有这些东西)，而且如果有写出图片到excel，写的时候也可以看到是正常的，写出后图片都没了。
win10情况下每台电脑都正常(试了四台电脑了)，win7就一台还留着图片，公司电脑的win7全都不行，生成了个file文件夹.实在没接触过html标记语言，无法理解怎么回事。

今天试了第五台win10，新装的系统，安装了个wps，写出也不成功，是为什么啊
