调用DLL错误

让窗口加载的时候运行目录cs.exe程序，刚接触不知道代码对不对



调用的时候显示下面的错误...

不传参数，就让DLL调用的时候运行外部exe程序就行，流程是调用DLL中的窗体，然后窗体在出现的时候运行外部exe
